Shri Vishnudasji Bhutada along with 7 partners started an oil milling unit in Latur(Maharashtra).

Shri Vishnudasji Bhutada started his own project individually named kamal oil mill.

Shri Vishnudasji Bhutada along with his sons Mr.Ashokkumar Bhutada, Mr.Kirtikumar Bhutada and Mr.Bharatkumar Bhutada started Kirti oil mill which marked the beginning of Kirti Group of industries.

Kirti Group further divested into pulses milling unit named as Kirti udyog.

Kirti Group of industries set up its first solvent extraction plant at latur named Kirti dall mills ltd.

Kirti Group started its first refinery in latur under Kirti dall mills ltd.

After its first successful stint the group further started its second solvent extraction plant at latur named Kirti solvex ltd and further installed a refinery.

Due to growing demand of its products the group started its third unit at nanded in maharashtra named Kirti foods ltd.

After growing at an appreciable rate the group started its fourth unit at solapur in mahrashtra named Kirti Agrotech ltd.

The growth rate of the company increased further and the group started another unit in latur named Kirti agrovet ltd.

To increase its exposure in other states the group bought out a solvent extraction plant in bijapur in karnataka.

The group started another unit in hingoli and now was amongst the top in india as far as crushing capacity on aggregate basis is concerned.

Kirti group started new business of packaged drinking water bottles bottling plant at latur and also a bottle manufacturing plant at latur for captive consumption.

The group continues to grow and installed a new unit in solapur named Kirti gold in solapur and also started a besan(gram flour) milling unit in latur.
